What I Offer
What I Offer
ONE ON ONE SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
For those seeking deeper prayer or contemplative practices, discernment, spiritual clarity, vocation or renewed connection with God.
RETREATS AND GROUP EXPERIENCES
For congregations, small groups, clergy associations, or older adults exploring aging, grief, purpose, forgiveness and deeper spiritual formation.
CREATIVE SPIRITUAL PRACTICES
For those who want to learn how to use prayer, journeling, art, contemplative practices, and reflection as part of their growth.
My work as a spiritual director is grounded in the belief that growth touches every part of who we are. Authentic living is not about polishing ourselves until we appear more acceptable to ourselves, to others, or even to God. It is about becoming more fully alive, more truthful, more loving, and more whole.
I believe God journeys lovingly with us, gently shaping our minds, hearts, bodies, memories, relationships, and sense of vocation. Becoming fully human and becoming spiritually whole are deeply connected.
In spiritual direction, we may explore questions such as:
What is the meaning of my life?
How can I discover a sense of purpose and learn to live it more fully?
What can I do to nurture a deeper relationship with God?
What or who is shaping me right now, and is that helping me become more truthful, more loving, more free, and more like the person I long to be?
What is blocking my path toward growth?
What might God be inviting me to notice, receive, release, or become in this season?
How can I find healing from spiritual trauma?
Each spiritual direction session — usually about an hour, either in person or by Zoom — offers a quiet and compassionate space for listening, reflection, honest questions, meaningful conversation, and prayerful discernment.
The decisions you make will always be your own. My role is not to direct your life for you, but to accompany you with care, respect, attentiveness, and compassion as you listen for the way forward.
